Hey Bro, I wasn't expecting to get so much information out of a couple of pages of that e-book. You really broke down the muscle up to its smallest atom. The tips are worth their weight in gold. Lots of things that I didn't pay attention to before. I think just by reading I can now analyze my current form and recognize the weak points. It's also great that in addition to the explanations, you have implemented videos and workout suggestions to correct weaknesses/improve form. Perfect thank you so much. I definitely keep some points in mind during our coaching progress.

I think it's a really good resource of knowledge about muscle ups for all levels of athletes.
Everything is explained in an easy way, so I guess everyone will understand what you mean. The videos help a lot to understand what's essential to adapt your methods and tips.
Great that you included so much of them and that you repeat the most important parts multiple times. And cause I already used the most of those methods and tips during online coaching I can confirm they work! Especially the MU conditioning routine is worth so much.
